    The complexity in recruitment with multi-site companies comes from the breakdown of recruiters: branch or store managers are not recruiters, yet they recruit for their teams. The multi-site recruitment problem is more a multi-stakeholder recruitment issue:

    7. The Director receives the short-list
    8. He/She decides on the profile to recruit, full/part-time, internship, etc. and inform the HR office via the multi-site recruitment software.
